Hello, I am AJAI KANT JHA joined Life Insurance Corporation of India in Nov, 2006 as an ADO and became a confirmed Development Officer in Feb, 2008. I got Specialised status of Professional Development Officer & became Senior Business Associate of LIC in 2014.
I have got many accolades, special achievements and awards by Senior Divisional Managers, Regional Managers, Zonal Managers and Managing Directors for my Splendid Performance. Many of my Agents are members of international Club ( COT, MDRT) Highest Club of LIC as Corporate Club, Club Galaxy, Chairman's Club, DM's Club. I believe in making the common people as extraordinary achievers as a successful Professional. I believe in continuous Education, Training, Technology & Time management.
I have expertly managed my team of agents by training, mentoring and making them confident insurance agents.
